Mindanao's business scene has grown fast. Davao keeps expanding, Cagayan de Oro is a busy gateway for Northern Mindanao and General Santos has a strong base in fishing, agriculture and trade. More customers in these cities now look you up online before they call, visit or buy.
I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I work remotely with businesses across Mindanao, building websites and online systems that make a good first impression and are easy for customers to use.
How I work with Mindanao businesses
I don't have an office in Davao, CDO or GenSan. I work remotely, the same way I work with clients overseas.
You don't need someone in the same city to get a great website. What you need is someone who communicates clearly, shows progress often and delivers what was promised. We work through calls, chat, email and live preview links, and because we're in the same time zone, you won't wait overnight for answers.
What I build for businesses in Mindanao
Business and company websites
Clean, professional sites that explain what you do, who you serve and how to reach you. These help when customers, suppliers or partners check you out before doing business.
Websites for agribusiness, suppliers and manufacturers
Mindanao is home to many producers, processors, distributors and exporters. B2B buyers expect a site with clear product information, certifications, capacity and a straightforward way to request a quote. I cover this on my B2B supplier and manufacturer website page.
Online stores
Local brands selling food products, coffee, fruit, crafts and specialty goods can reach customers across the country with a store that takes GCash, Maya and cards and handles shipping fees properly. More on my e-commerce website page.
Real estate and construction
Developers, contractors and brokers need project pages with photos, specifications and fast inquiry forms that reach the right person.
Schools, clinics and service businesses
Enrollment inquiries, appointment requests and announcements all work better on a site that loads fast on a phone and doesn't require a call during office hours.
Custom systems
Inventory tracking, order forms, client portals and admin dashboards can save hours every week. I build these with proper sign-in and security.
Built for real mobile conditions
Many of your customers browse on phones, sometimes with limited signal outside the city centers. I build with that in mind:
- Light pages with compressed images and only the code you need
- Simple layouts that work on small screens
- Click-to-call, Messenger and short forms for quick contact
- Clear prices, locations and hours
- Proper search setup so customers in your area can find you
What you get
- A written plan and fixed quote before work starts
- Direct communication with the person building your site
- Progress you can see on preview links
- Testing on phones, tablets and desktops
- Your domain, hosting and code in your name
- Support after launch
How a project goes
- Message me with your business details and what you need.
- We clarify the scope in a short call or chat.
- You get a quote with the timeline and fixed price.
- I build in steps you can check along the way.
- We launch and I hand over everything you need.
Common website problems I see in the region
When I review websites for growing businesses, these issues show up often.
No website at all, only a Facebook page. Facebook is useful, but you don't own it, and it's hard for customers to find your services, prices and contact details in one place. A simple website fixes that. See my Facebook page to website guide.
Product lists that are impossible to browse. Suppliers often post price lists as images or PDFs. Buyers want to search, filter and request a quote quickly.
Missing trust details. B2B buyers and new customers look for your business registration, certifications, location and real photos. Leaving these out makes people hesitate.
Forms that don't reach anyone. I often find contact forms sending emails to an old address or into spam. I test every form before launch.
Heavy pages. Big images and bloated themes make sites slow on mobile data. Light builds load faster and rank better.
Should you hire locally or remotely?
A local developer can be convenient for in-person meetings. A remote independent developer often gives you more experience for the same budget and very direct communication. The most important things are the same either way: live examples you can check, a clear written quote and full ownership of your accounts.
Areas I work with
I work remotely with businesses throughout Mindanao, including Davao City, Tagum, Panabo, Digos, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Valencia and Malaybalay, General Santos and Koronadal, Butuan, Surigao, Zamboanga City, Pagadian and Dipolog, and Cotabato City.
If you're in the Visayas, see my page for Cebu and the Visayas.
Real work you can check
These are live projects I've worked on, including a full WordPress revamp for a professional firm and a WooCommerce store upgrade. Each one links to the live site so you can test it yourself.
