Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website, the chat, and the member account for Personal Privacy Online Support, provided by Aldrian Loyola, operating as Personal Privacy Online Support ("I", "me"), of Makati City, Philippines. By subscribing or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

The membership gives you access to: messaging me during my posted support hours; an AI assistant (Alds Privacy) available at any time; self-serve safety tools; and guides. Features may change or improve over time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your login link private. You're responsible for activity in your account.

3. Membership, billing and renewal

  • The membership costs $9.99 USD per month, billed through PayPal. Prices are in US dollars, and any taxes or PayPal currency-conversion fees that apply are separate.
  • It renews automatically every month until you cancel. Each charge is for the month that follows.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • If I ever change the price, I'll tell you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your PayPal account or by messaging me. Cancelling stops future charges. If you cancel part-way through a billing period, you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, but you won't receive money back for the unused days. After that, your account, conversation history and uploaded files are permanently deleted and can't be recovered, so please save anything you want to keep first. 5. Support hours and response times

I answer messages personally during my posted support hours. I aim to reply promptly but can't guarantee a response time. The service is not an emergency service. If you're in danger or being threatened, contact your local emergency services.

6. The AI assistant

Alds Privacy is an AI. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it can't check live websites. Don't rely on it alone for important decisions. Messages sent to it are processed by a third-party AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy, and I may read them.

7. No professional advice, no guarantees

I share general education and practical experience. I'm not a lawyer, a bank, a financial adviser or a licensed security professional. I can point out warning signs and suggest what I'd do, but I can't guarantee that any message, website, store or product is safe or unsafe, that you'll recover money, or that you'll avoid every scam.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Never send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full card or bank numbers.
  • Use the service lawfully and respectfully. I may end access for abuse, harassment or misuse.
  • Only share information and screenshots you have the right to share.

9. What you send me

You keep ownership of what you send. You give me permission to use it to provide the service to you (including processing it with my service providers) as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services and links

The service relies on third parties such as PayPal, hosting, email and AI providers. I'm not responsible for their services or for other websites I link to or discuss.

11. Limits on my responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions you make based on general guidance. My total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived, including consumer rights.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. I'll change the date above and, for material changes, tell members in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Makati City, Philippines, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact me first so I can try to fix any problem.
