Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information aldrianloyola.com ("the site") collects, why, and what happens to it. The site is run by Aldrian Loyola, an independent web developer.
The short version
- I only collect what you choose to send me through a form, plus basic technical data needed to keep the site secure.
- I use it to reply to you and to protect the site from spam and abuse.
- I don't sell or rent your information.
- Analytics only load if you agree to them.
Information you send me
When you use the contact form or the project request form, you send:
- your name and email address
- the service you're interested in and, optionally, a budget range
- your message or project description
- optionally, a phone number, business name, current website, and timeline
I use this information only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage the project.
How form submissions are delivered and stored
- Submissions are checked on the server and then delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms, an email-forwarding service.
- A copy of each submission is stored in the site's database, hosted on Cloudflare, so nothing gets lost if email delivery fails. Stored submissions are deleted automatically after a retention period (currently 180 days) unless we start working together.
- Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser to tell people and bots apart.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure processes your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and limit repeated form submissions. This information is used for security and is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and local storage
- Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
- Analytics choice. Your answer to the analytics question is saved in local storage so you aren't asked on every page.
- Analytics cookies. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits in aggregate, such as which pages are viewed. If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded. You can change your choice any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- The admin area uses a strictly necessary sign-in cookie for the site owner only.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you sent through the site. Use the contact form and mention your request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
