Websites for travel agencies and tour operators

I build websites for travel agencies, tour operators and activity providers that show packages clearly, answer traveler questions and make inquiries and bookings easy from any phone.

Websites for travel agencies and tour operators

People plan trips in bits and pieces. A few minutes on their lunch break, a longer look at night, a quick check with their barkada or family before deciding. Your website has to make every one of those visits useful. If a traveler can't quickly see what's included, how much it costs and how to book, they'll keep scrolling until they find someone who makes it easy.

I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I build websites for travel agencies, tour operators, activity providers and transport services that turn browsing into bookings.

What travelers want to see

Packages that are easy to compare

Each tour or package gets its own page with the itinerary, duration, inclusions and exclusions, meeting points, what to bring and the price or starting rate. When packages share the same layout, travelers can compare them in seconds.

Clear prices and policies

Per-person rates, group discounts, child rates, deposits, cancellation and weather policies. Being upfront saves your team from answering the same questions on Messenger all day.

Real photos and real details

Photos from your actual tours, not stock images of somewhere else. Real guide names and real boats or vans build trust.

Easy ways to ask and book

Some travelers want to book right away. Others want to ask a question first. A good travel site supports both with a booking form, an inquiry form, Messenger, Viber or WhatsApp links and click-to-call.

Booking options that fit your business

Inquiry form. The traveler chooses a package, date and group size. You reply with availability and payment details. Simple and very effective for custom trips.

Online booking with deposits. Travelers pick an available date, pay a deposit through GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer and get a confirmation automatically. More on payment integration.

Booking calendars. For tours with fixed schedules and limited seats, a calendar shows open dates and seats left.

Your existing booking platform. If you already use a tour booking tool, I can integrate it cleanly into a faster, better-looking website.

Built for travelers on the move

Most travel research happens on phones, and many of your guests may be in airports, terminals or areas with weak signal. I keep travel sites fast with compressed images, light code and simple layouts. Itineraries are easy to read on a small screen, and booking forms are short.

Reaching travelers from abroad

If you serve foreign tourists, your website can speak their language. I build multi-language websites with proper language versions so travelers from Korea, Japan, China, Europe or the US find the right version in search and feel comfortable booking.

Travelers search for very specific things: "Coron island hopping tour," "Siargao land tour price" or "El Nido private boat tour." A well-structured travel site helps you show up:

  • A dedicated page for each tour and destination
  • Helpful guides that answer real traveler questions
  • Structured data for tours and your business
  • Fast, mobile-friendly pages
  • Clean URLs and descriptive page titles

For different kinds of travel businesses

Travel agencies. Domestic and international packages, visa assistance pages, flight and hotel inquiry forms and corporate travel pages.

Tour operators. Day tours, island hopping, adventure activities and multi-day trips with booking and deposits.

Activity providers. Diving, surfing, canyoneering and other activities with schedules, requirements and waivers.

Transport services. Van rentals, airport transfers and private drivers with route pages and booking forms.

Event and group travel. Team buildings, school trips and pilgrimages with custom quotation requests.

Admin tools your team can use

Packages, prices and schedules change constantly. I'll set up an easy way for your team to:

  • Add and edit tours and packages
  • Update prices and seasonal rates
  • Close dates that are full
  • See and manage booking inquiries in one place

Honest content

I won't invent reviews, star ratings or traveler counts. If you have real reviews on other platforms, we can link to them or show genuine excerpts with permission.

Common mistakes on tour websites

Packages as images. Itineraries posted as graphics look nice on Facebook but are hard to read on a phone and invisible to search engines. Real text pages are better on both counts.

Hidden inclusions. If guests can't tell whether lunch, entrance fees or environmental fees are included, they'll message you or book elsewhere. A clear inclusions and exclusions list prevents disputes later too.

No weather or cancellation policy. In a country with typhoon season, guests want to know what happens if a trip is cancelled. A clear policy page builds trust before they pay.

Slow pages full of videos. Background videos look great on fast Wi-Fi and terrible on mobile data. I use them carefully, if at all.

Bookings lost in chats. When every booking happens in Messenger, details get buried. A booking form sends structured information to one place your team can track.

How a project goes

  1. Tell me about your tours, packages and how people book today.
  2. Get a quote with scope, timeline and fixed price.
  3. I build and share preview links as pages come together.
  4. We test booking, payments and inquiry flows on phones.
  5. We launch, and I show your team how to manage tours and bookings.
