Many people put off going to the dentist. So when someone finally decides to book, your website has a small window to make it easy. If they can't figure out what you offer, who the dentists are or how to book in a minute, they'll close the tab and put it off again.
I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I build dental clinic websites that feel welcoming, load fast on any phone and turn "I should see a dentist" into a booked appointment.
I've also built a dental website from scratch as a portfolio piece: the Lakeside Smile Studio demo. It's a fictional clinic, clearly labeled as a demo, built to show what a modern, honest and accessible dental website can be.
What makes a good dental website
A calm, friendly first impression
Dental anxiety is real. Soft, clean design, real photos of your clinic and team and clear language help nervous patients feel at ease before they walk in.
Treatments explained simply
Cleaning, fillings, extractions, braces, clear aligners, veneers, implants, root canal treatment, whitening. Each treatment deserves a short page that explains what it is, who it's for and what to expect, in words a patient understands.
Real dentists, real credentials
Patients want to know who will be treating them. Dentist profiles with real photos, specializations and genuine qualifications build trust quickly. No invented awards and no stock photos pretending to be your team.
Clear booking
A booking button that's always easy to find, especially on phones.
Online appointments that reduce phone tag
Front desk staff spend a lot of time answering calls and messages about schedules. An online booking system takes much of that off their plate.
I can build:
- An appointment request form where patients choose a treatment, a dentist and a preferred time. Your staff confirm.
- Real-time booking where patients see open slots and book directly, with confirmations sent instantly.
- A connection to your existing dental software, if it supports one.
Patients get confirmations and reminders by email or SMS. Reminders are one of the simplest ways to reduce no-shows. More on my automated email and SMS notifications page.
Showing prices, or not
Some clinics prefer to publish starting prices for common treatments. Others prefer consultations first. Both are valid. If you choose to show prices, I'll make sure they're easy to update and clearly marked as starting rates where that applies, so patients aren't surprised at the clinic.
HMOs, payment options and installment plans
Many patients want to know whether you accept their HMO, card or e-wallet, and whether you offer installment plans for braces or implants. A clear page answering this saves your staff dozens of messages a week.
Accessible and easy for everyone
Your patients range from children to seniors. I build dental websites with readable text, strong contrast, large tap targets and forms that work with screen readers and keyboards. The Lakeside demo was built with accessibility in mind from day one. More on my accessibility page.
Fast on mobile
Most people search for a dentist on their phone. Large before-and-after photos and heavy themes are common reasons dental sites are slow. I optimize every image and keep the code light, so pages load quickly even on mobile data.
Handling before-and-after photos responsibly
Before-and-after photos can be powerful, but they should be real, used with the patient's consent and presented honestly. I'll set up galleries that are easy to manage and that don't slow down your site.
Privacy matters
Booking forms collect personal details, sometimes including health information. I build forms securely, collect only what's needed and use HTTPS everywhere. Under the Data Privacy Act, you should also have a clear privacy notice. I'll handle the technical side and recommend confirming your policies with your own advisor.
Getting found by local patients
People search for "dentist near me," "braces in Pasig" or "dental clinic open Saturday." I help you show up with:
- A page for each treatment and each branch
- Consistent name, address and phone details
- Structured data for dental businesses
- A connected and complete Google Business Profile
- Fast, mobile-friendly pages
What I can build for your clinic
- A new dental clinic website or a redesign of your current one
- Treatment pages and dentist profiles
- Online booking or appointment requests
- Email and SMS confirmations and reminders
- Multi-branch setups with separate schedules
- Patient forms, such as pre-visit questionnaires, handled securely
- Promo and announcement sections your staff can update
Common problems on dental websites
Booking hidden at the bottom. Patients shouldn't have to hunt for it. A booking button stays visible on every page, especially on phones.
Generic stock smiles. Patients can tell. Real photos of your clinic and team feel more honest and more welcoming.
No treatment details. "We offer braces" doesn't help a nervous patient. Explaining the steps, how long it takes and how to prepare does.
How it works
- Tell me about your clinic. Treatments, dentists, branches and how booking works today.
- Get a quote. Scope, timeline and fixed price in writing.
- See it come together. Preview links as pages are built.
- Test. Booking, forms and pages checked on phones and desktops.
- Launch. I train your staff on updating schedules and content.
