Planning a wedding, debut or company event is stressful. When couples or HR teams start looking for a planner, they want to feel calm and confident within seconds of landing on your site. Beautiful past events, clear packages and a simple way to inquire do that. A cluttered Facebook album and "PM for rates" don't.
I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I build websites for wedding planners and coordinators, event organizers, stylists, hosts and production teams. A starter site begins at ₱6,000 a year, all-in, with your domain and hosting for the first year.
What clients look for
Your past events
Real weddings and events, with photos and a short story: the venue, the theme, the guest count and what you handled. This is your strongest selling point.
Packages
Full planning, partial planning, on-the-day coordination, styling or corporate packages. Even starting prices help clients understand if you fit their budget.
Your team and style
Who will be there on the day, and what kind of events you love doing. Rustic garden weddings? Black-tie corporate galas? Intimate beach ceremonies?
Availability and inquiry
A form that asks the event type, date, location, guest count and budget range, so you can reply with something useful the first time.
Trust
Suppliers you work with, real testimonials used with permission and how long you've been doing this, stated honestly.
How the four-page starter fits a planner
The ₱6,000 package includes up to 4 pages:
- Home: a stunning first impression, your style and a clear inquiry button
- Events: a curated gallery of real weddings and events
- Services and packages: what you offer and how you work
- Inquire: an event inquiry form with the right questions, plus contact details
Extra pages, such as one per featured wedding, are ₱1,500 each.

Galleries that stay fast
Event websites are photo-heavy, and that's where most get slow. I resize and compress every image and load photos only as people scroll, so your galleries look gorgeous and still load quickly on mobile data. Always get permission from your photographer and clients before featuring their photos, and credit photographers where you can.
When you need more
If you want online booking with deposits, client portals with timelines and checklists, RSVP systems or ticketed events, those need a custom build. See my event website and calendar page for ticketed and registration events, and ask me for a quote.
Pricing guidance helps everyone
Many planners avoid listing prices, and that's your call. But even a simple "packages start at" line, or a short explanation of how you price, saves both sides time. Couples with a smaller budget can see whether on-the-day coordination fits, while clients planning a big celebration know where to start. You'll spend less time on inquiries that were never going to book.
Corporate events need a different pitch
If you also handle company parties, product launches, team buildings or conferences, give corporate clients their own section. HR and marketing teams look for experience with similar events, guest counts you can handle, venues you've worked with and how you manage suppliers and budgets. A clear corporate section can bring in repeat business year after year.
Getting found by couples and companies
People search for "wedding coordinator Tagaytay," "debut planner Cebu" or "corporate event organizer Makati." The basic SEO setup gives your pages titles and descriptions that mention your services and areas, adds structured data and keeps the site fast. A complete Google Business Profile and listings on wedding directories help too.
Common mistakes on planner websites
Every event ever. Curate. Your best eight to twelve events sell better than fifty.
No packages or starting prices. Clients want to know if you're in their range.
Inquiry by Messenger only. A form collects the date, venue and guest count up front.
Slow galleries. Beautiful photos don't help if they don't load.
No story. A sentence or two about each event makes it memorable.
