Calabarzon is one of the busiest regions in the country. Industrial parks in Cavite, Laguna and Batangas, fast-growing towns in Rizal, resorts along the coast and thousands of local businesses serving new communities. As these areas grow, more customers find businesses online first.
I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I work remotely with businesses across Calabarzon, building websites and systems that look professional, load fast and turn visitors into inquiries.
I work remotely, and I'm clear about it
I don't have an office in Santa Rosa, Lipa or Antipolo. I work remotely with all my clients, here and abroad.
For you, that means no long drives on SLEX or the Aguinaldo Highway just to talk about your website. We use calls, chat and live preview links, and you can follow progress from your phone. Being in the same time zone keeps communication fast.
What I build for Calabarzon businesses
Industrial suppliers, manufacturers and B2B companies
With so many economic zones in the region, suppliers and service providers need websites that speak to procurement teams: clear capabilities, products, certifications and a simple request-for-quote form. See my B2B supplier and manufacturer website page.
Construction, engineering and contractors
Contractors and engineering firms need project portfolios, service pages and credentials presented clearly. More on my construction website page.
Resorts, private pools and event places
Batangas, Laguna and Rizal have countless resorts, private pool rentals and event venues. A fast site with clear rates, availability and an easy booking inquiry helps you get more direct reservations.
Real estate and subdivisions
New developments need listing pages that are easy to update, with photos, maps and inquiry forms that reach agents quickly.
Schools, clinics and local services
Enrollment inquiries, appointment requests and clear information pages reduce phone calls and help families and patients choose you.
Online stores
Local brands can sell across the country with a store that supports GCash, Maya and cards and calculates shipping fees properly.

Common mistakes on Calabarzon business websites
These come up often when I review sites for businesses in growing provinces.
Built for the owner, not the customer. Long company histories at the top and the actual services buried below. Visitors want to know what you do, where you serve and how to contact you in the first few seconds.
Resort pages without rates. Many private pool and resort pages say "message us for rates." Some guests will, but many won't. Showing starting rates or a clear rate table usually brings in more serious inquiries.
Forms that quietly stopped working. I see this a lot. A contact form that looks fine but hasn't sent an email in months because the email setup changed. I test every form on launch and can set up alerts so you know if one fails. More on my broken forms fix page.
One page trying to serve every town. If you serve Cavite and Laguna, your site should say so clearly and explain how you serve each area, without copy-pasting the same page with a different town name.
Slow, heavy themes. A page builder theme with sliders, animations and dozens of plugins can take ages to load on a phone. Lighter builds win both customers and search rankings.
Local agency or remote developer?
A local agency can visit your office, which some businesses like. A remote developer often gives you more experience for the same budget and faster communication, because there's no travel or long meeting schedule involved. If you choose remote, look for someone who writes things down, shares progress often and replies on time. That's how I work.
Areas I work with
I work remotely with businesses across Calabarzon, including Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas, General Trias, Tagaytay, Silang and Carmona in Cavite, Santa Rosa, Biñan, Cabuyao, Calamba, San Pedro and Los Baños in Laguna, Batangas City, Lipa, Tanauan and Nasugbu in Batangas, Antipolo, Cainta, Taytay and San Mateo in Rizal, and Lucena in Quezon.
If you're in the capital, see my Metro Manila page.
Work you can check
These are live projects I've worked on, including a full WordPress revamp for a professional firm and a hand-coded small business demo built for speed and accessibility. Open them on your phone and see how they feel.
