Most people who want to join a gym check three things before they walk in: how much it costs, what the schedule looks like and whether it feels like a place for them. If they have to message your page and wait for an answer to all three, a lot of them never show up.
I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I build websites for commercial gyms, boutique studios, yoga and pilates studios, boxing and Muay Thai gyms, CrossFit boxes and personal trainers. A starter site begins at ₱6,000 a year, all-in, with your own domain and hosting for the first year.
What people look for on a gym website
Rates and memberships
Day passes, monthly and yearly memberships, class packages, student and senior rates and any joining fees. Clear rates are the number one thing visitors look for. If you prefer to show starting rates only, that works too.
Schedule
Class times by day, opening hours and holiday schedules. A clean weekly timetable that's easy to read on a phone saves your front desk a lot of messages.
Coaches and trainers
Real photos, specialties and certifications. Many members choose a gym because of a coach.
The space and equipment
Real photos of the floor, equipment, studios, showers and parking. People want to picture themselves there.
Location
A map, landmarks, parking details and how to get there by jeep, MRT or ride-hailing.
A way to start
A free trial request, an inquiry form or a message button. Make the first step easy.
How the four-page starter fits a gym
My ₱6,000 package includes up to 4 pages. For a gym, that usually looks like:
- Home: who you are, your vibe, photos of the space, and a "Book a free trial" button
- Classes and schedule: what you offer, coaches and the weekly timetable
- Rates: memberships, packages and promos
- Contact: location, map, hours, contact form and Messenger or Viber link
That's everything a new member needs to decide. Extra pages, such as one per program, are ₱1,500 each.
What's included in the ₱6,000 package

- A .com or .net domain and hosting for the first year
- Mobile-friendly layout
- Contact or trial inquiry form
- Basic SEO setup
- 3 revision rounds
- Ready in 5 to 7 business days after I receive your content

When you need more than a starter site
If you want members to book classes, pay online, manage memberships or check in with a QR code, that's a web app, not a starter site. I build those too, with a separate quote. See my booking systems and membership website pages. Many gyms start with the ₱6,000 site, then add booking once they know what members want.
Keeping the schedule and rates current
Schedules change and promos come and go. The package doesn't include self-editing, which keeps the site fast and stable, so you send me changes and each update is ₱600. If your schedule changes every week, I can quote a simple editing setup or a booking system instead.
Showing up when people search nearby
People search for things like "gym near me," "boxing gym in Quezon City" or "yoga studio BGC." The basic SEO setup includes page titles and descriptions with your location and services, structured data for your business and a fast mobile layout. Pair it with a complete Google Business Profile, with photos and hours, and you give yourself the best chance of showing up in local results.
Corporate and group memberships
Offices in business districts often look for gym partners for their teams. A short section on corporate rates or group packages, with an inquiry form, can bring in larger accounts that a walk-in visitor never would. Mention what you offer companies, like discounted memberships, group classes or wellness sessions.
Common mistakes on gym websites
Rates hidden behind "message us." Many visitors won't. Show at least starting rates.
Schedules as images. Hard to read on phones and invisible to Google. A real text timetable is better.
Stock photos of models. People want to see your actual space and coaches.
No free trial or first step. Make it easy to try you out.
Old promos still showing. Send updates when promos end so the site stays trustworthy.
Honest marketing
I won't add fake transformations, invented member counts or reviews you didn't receive. Real photos of your space, real coaches and clear rates build more trust than any hype. If members have left genuine reviews on Google or Facebook, we can link to them or quote them with permission.
