When a car breaks down or a family needs a van for the weekend, people grab their phone and search. They're usually in a hurry and they want quick answers: what do you offer, how much, are you available and how do I book?
Most automotive businesses in the Philippines still rely on a Facebook page and phone calls. That means missed messages, repeated questions and customers going to whoever replies first. A good website changes that.
I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I build websites for auto repair shops, casa alternatives, car rental and van hire businesses, detailing and ceramic coating studios, tire and battery shops, and motorcycle services.
For auto repair and service shops
Clear service list
Change oil and PMS, brakes, aircon, electrical, engine and transmission, underchassis, wheel alignment, body and paint. Each service with a short explanation and, if you choose, starting prices.
Service booking
Customers choose a service, preferred date and time, and enter their vehicle's make, model and year. Your team confirms, or the system books automatically based on available bays. More on booking systems.
Quote requests
For repairs that need diagnosis, a quote form with photo uploads helps you give a rough idea before the customer drives in.
Trust signals
Real photos of your shop and team, certifications, brands you specialize in and warranty terms. Customers want to know their car is in good hands.
For car rental and van hire
Fleet pages
Each vehicle with photos, seating capacity, transmission, fuel type, luggage space and rates. Self-drive and with-driver options clearly separated.
Availability and booking
Customers pick dates, pickup and drop-off locations and the vehicle. They see the total including any fees, then book.
Requirements and policies
Driver's license, IDs, deposit, fuel policy, mileage limits, out-of-town charges and cancellation rules. Clear policies prevent disputes later.
Deposits
Reservation deposits through GCash, Maya, cards or bank transfer, with automatic confirmation. See payment integration.
For detailing and coating studios
Package pages with what's included, before-and-after galleries of real work, vehicle size pricing and booking by available slot. A quote calculator can give customers an estimate based on their vehicle size and the services they want, clearly labeled as an estimate.
For motorcycle shops and services
Parts and accessories catalogs, service booking, financing inquiry forms and model pages for dealers.
Fast on mobile
Many customers search on the roadside or in a parking lot with weak signal. I keep pages fast with compressed images and light code, and I make the call and booking buttons easy to reach with one thumb.
Being found by drivers
People search for "aircon repair Quezon City," "van rental with driver Cebu" or "ceramic coating near me." To show up:
- A page for each service and vehicle type
- Consistent business name, address and phone
- Structured data for automotive businesses
- A complete Google Business Profile with photos and hours
- Fast, mobile-friendly pages
Common mistakes on automotive websites
No prices at all. Exact repair costs depend on the vehicle, but starting prices for PMS, detailing packages or rental rates help customers decide.
Booking only through Messenger. Messages pile up and get missed. A form sends every booking to one place with all the details.
Fleet photos that don't match. Show the actual vehicles customers will get, not stock photos.
Hidden fees. Out-of-town charges, driver meals and overtime should be clear before booking, not at pickup.
No reviews or proof. Real before-and-after photos and genuine customer feedback, used with permission, build trust better than anything.
Admin tools for your team
Behind the scenes, I can build simple tools to manage bookings, see which bays or vehicles are free, block dates for maintenance and keep customer and vehicle records. They replace scattered notebooks and chat threads with one clear view.
Turning one-time customers into regulars
Most automotive businesses depend on repeat customers. A car that comes in for PMS today will need it again in a few months. A family that rented a van for one trip will need one again for the next holiday. Your website can help bring them back:
- Service reminders. Customers who booked online can get an email or SMS when their next change oil or PMS is due.
- Rebooking links. A simple link in the confirmation email lets them book again in seconds.
- Saved vehicle details. Returning customers don't have to type their car's make and model every time.
- Promos for regulars. Discount codes for returning customers or referral perks, if you want them.
None of this needs to be complicated. Even a small shop can send a few automatic reminders and see more customers come back on time.
What it usually costs
A simple site with services, a booking form and a quote form is a modest project. Rental fleets with availability calendars, deposits and admin tools are bigger. You'll get a fixed quote after we talk, and my website cost guide explains what affects the price.
How we'd work
- We talk about your services and how customers book today.
- You get a quote with scope, timeline and fixed price.
- I build and share preview links.
- We test booking, payments and forms on phones.
- We launch, and I show your team how to manage bookings.
