For a Philippine IT company, BPO or outsourcing firm, most clients are overseas. They'll probably never visit your office before signing. Your website is your office tour, your pitch and your first impression, all at once. If it looks dated, loads slowly or says nothing specific, prospects move on to the next vendor in their search results.
I'm Aldrian, an independent developer in the Philippines. I designed and built the website for Origin Code Technology, a software company offering mobile and web development and developer staffing. A software company has to look as capable as the work it sells. That's what I build for IT firms, BPOs, outsourcing companies and startups. A starter site begins at ₱6,000 a year, all-in, with your domain and hosting for the first year.
What international clients look for
What you do, specifically
Software development, IT support, customer service, back-office, data entry, healthcare BPO, accounting outsourcing, creative services or dedicated staff. Specific beats generic.
Who you serve
Industries, client sizes and countries you work with. A US healthcare client wants to see healthcare experience.
How engagement works
Dedicated teams, project-based work, staff augmentation, pricing models, time zone coverage and communication.
Credibility and security
Company registration, certifications you hold, data security practices, client logos you're allowed to show and case studies. Only claim what you can prove.
Talent
For BPOs and outsourcing firms, careers pages matter as much as client pages. Talent wants to see culture, benefits and openings.
A clear next step
Book a discovery call, request a proposal or contact sales.
How the four-page starter fits a tech company or BPO
The ₱6,000 package includes up to 4 pages:
- Home: what you do, who you serve, proof and a "Book a call" button
- Services: offerings, engagement models and industries
- About and careers: team, culture, certifications and open roles
- Contact: inquiry form, office locations and scheduling link
Extra pages, such as one per service or industry, or a dedicated careers page, are ₱1,500 each.

- A .com or .net domain and hosting for the first year
- Mobile-friendly layout

Speed and quality signal competence
For a tech company especially, a slow, broken or template-looking website undermines your pitch. A hand-coded site with fast loading and clean design shows you care about quality. When I measured the Origin Code Technology site on desktop, it scored 100 for SEO, 96 for best practices and 93 for accessibility in Lighthouse.
Startups
Early-stage startups need a website that explains the product clearly, collects early interest and looks credible to investors and first customers. The starter package is ideal for a launch site. When you need the product itself, see my custom web app and micro-SaaS pages.
Financial and professional services
Lending, insurance, payment and advisory firms in business districts like BGC and Makati need websites that look established and handle inquiries carefully. Keep claims accurate, show your registration and regulatory details clearly and use secure forms. Confirm any disclosures your industry requires with your compliance team.
When you need more
Careers portals with applicant tracking, client dashboards, multi-language sites for international markets or larger corporate sites need a custom quote. See recruitment websites and multi-language sites.
Getting found
International buyers search "software development company Philippines," "healthcare BPO Philippines" or "outsourced accounting Philippines." The basic SEO setup gives your pages focused titles and descriptions, adds structured data for your organization and keeps the site fast. Industry and service pages help you show up for specific searches.
Common mistakes on tech and BPO websites
Generic claims. "World-class solutions" says nothing. Be specific.
Stock photos of foreign offices. Show your real team and office.
No security information. Clients handing over data need reassurance.
Hard to contact. Make booking a call effortless.
Outdated careers info. Old openings frustrate applicants.
What to prepare
- Logo and brand assets
- Services, industries and engagement models
- Certifications, case studies and logos you're allowed to show
- Team and office photos
- Careers information and contact details
Answering the buyer's checklist
International buyers often follow a vendor checklist. Your website can answer most of it before the first call: years in operation, team size you can staff, time zone coverage, languages, security practices, how you onboard and train staff and how billing works. A short "How we work" section covering these saves your sales team time and signals that you're organized.
