Buying furniture takes time. People measure their space, compare materials, check reviews, ask about delivery and imagine how a sofa or dining set will look at home. A website that answers those questions clearly turns browsers into buyers, and saves your staff from answering the same questions in chat all day.
I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I build websites for furniture shops, custom furniture makers, rattan and wood workshops, home decor stores and mattress sellers. A starter site begins at ₱6,000 a year, all-in, with your domain and hosting for the first year.
What furniture buyers look for
Clear product photos
Several angles, close-ups of materials and finishes and, ideally, photos in a real room for scale.
Sizes and materials
Exact dimensions in centimeters, materials, colors, finishes and care instructions. Wrong sizes are the biggest cause of returns.
Prices
Prices or starting prices for each piece, plus custom-order pricing guidance.
Delivery and assembly
Delivery areas, fees or how they're calculated, lead times for made-to-order pieces and whether assembly is included.
Showroom details
Address, map, hours and parking, so buyers can see pieces in person.
How to order
An inquiry or order form per product, plus Viber, WhatsApp or Messenger buttons.
How the four-page starter fits a furniture shop
The ₱6,000 package includes up to 4 pages:
- Home: your style, best sellers, showroom photos and an "Inquire" button
- Collection: your products with photos, dimensions, materials and prices
- Custom orders and about: your workshop, materials, process and lead times
- Visit and order: showroom, delivery areas, order form and messaging links
Extra pages, such as one per room or category, are ₱1,500 each.

Catalog now, full store later
The starter package doesn't include a cart and checkout. For many furniture sellers, that's fine: buyers usually ask about delivery, stock and customization before paying anyway. A catalog site with an order form fits that process well. When you're ready for online payments and a full store, see my e-commerce page. I explain the catalog approach in online store under $100.
Custom furniture makers
If you build to order, your website should explain the process: consultation, design, material choice, deposit, production time and delivery. Show past custom projects with photos and short notes. A form that accepts room measurements and reference photos helps you quote faster.
Photos that load fast
Furniture sites are photo-heavy. I resize and compress every image and load galleries as people scroll, so pages stay quick on mobile data while your pieces still look great.
Getting found locally and nationwide
People search "solid wood dining table Manila," "rattan furniture Cebu" or "custom kitchen cabinets Pampanga." The basic SEO setup gives your pages focused titles and descriptions, adds structured data for your shop and keeps the site fast. Product names and descriptions written in plain words help each piece show up for the right searches.
Common mistakes on furniture websites
No dimensions. Buyers can't decide without sizes.
Prices hidden everywhere. Even starting prices reduce wasted inquiries.
One small photo per product. Show angles and details.
Unclear delivery. State areas, fees and lead times upfront.
Catalog as a PDF. Hard to browse on phones and invisible to search.
Working with interior designers and businesses
Interior designers, cafés, hotels and offices often source furniture in bulk. A short trade or business section explaining volume pricing, custom finishes and lead times for larger orders can bring in bigger projects than walk-in retail.
What to prepare
- Logo and showroom details
- Product photos, names, dimensions, materials and prices
- Delivery areas, fees and lead times

Care guides build trust
A short care guide for wood, rattan, fabric and leather shows customers you stand behind your pieces long after delivery.
