Affordable website for daycare centers and preschools

No decision feels bigger to a parent than choosing who looks after their child. Before they visit, most parents look you up online, often late at night after their kids are asleep. They want to feel safe, welcomed and informed. A warm, clear website can do that before they ever step through your door.

I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I build websites for daycare centers, preschools, nursery and kindergarten programs, Montessori and play-based schools and after-school care. A starter site begins at ₱6,000 a year, all-in, with your domain and hosting for the first year.

What parents look for

Safety and care

How you keep children safe: secure entry and pickup rules, staff-to-child ratios, first aid training, clean facilities, CCTV if you have it and health policies when a child is sick. This matters more than anything else.

Programs and daily routine

Age groups, half-day and full-day programs, what a typical day looks like, your teaching approach and how you communicate with parents.

Teachers and staff

Real photos, qualifications such as licensed teachers where applicable and how long they've worked with children.

Facilities

Real photos of classrooms, play areas, nap rooms and outdoor spaces.

Fees and schedules

Tuition, enrollment and miscellaneous fees, payment terms, school calendar and hours. Even starting fees help parents plan.

Enrollment

Requirements, steps and a simple inquiry form to book a school visit.

How the four-page starter fits a daycare or preschool

The ₱6,000 package includes up to 4 pages:

  1. Home: a warm welcome, your approach and a "Book a visit" button
  2. Programs: age groups, schedules, a typical day and fees
  3. About and safety: teachers, facilities and how you keep children safe
  4. Enroll and contact: requirements, inquiry form, map, hours and messaging links

Extra pages, such as a photo gallery or a page per program, are ₱1,500 each.

What's included in the ₱6,000 package

  • Up to 4 hand-coded pages
  • A .com or .net domain and hosting for the first year
  • Mobile-friendly layout
  • A school visit and inquiry form
  • Basic SEO setup
  • 3 revision rounds
  • Ready in 5 to 7 business days after I receive your content

Full details are on the ₱6,000 package page.

Children's privacy comes first

Be careful with children's photos online. Only use photos with written parental consent, avoid showing children's full names and consider photos that show activities without clearly showing faces. Keep inquiry forms short and send them securely. Under the Data Privacy Act, show a clear privacy notice. I'll set things up carefully, and your school should confirm its consent forms and privacy wording.

Accessible and easy for every parent

Parents include grandparents and guardians who aren't comfortable online. I keep text readable, buttons large and language simple, and I test on older and budget phones. See accessibility.

When you need more

Online enrollment with document uploads, parent portals with announcements and payments, and daily updates for parents need a custom build. See my school enrollment portal page.

Getting found by local parents

Parents search "preschool near me," "daycare in Pasig" or "Montessori school Cebu." The basic SEO setup puts your programs and location into page titles and descriptions, adds structured data for your school and keeps the site fast. A Google Business Profile with photos and reviews helps you show up on maps.

Common mistakes on preschool websites

No safety information. It's the first thing many parents want to know.

Only stock photos. Show your real classrooms and teachers.

Fees hidden completely. Starting fees help parents decide whether to visit.

Children's faces and names everywhere. Protect their privacy.

Outdated school calendar. Send updates each school year for ₱600.

Building trust before the first visit

Many parents decide whether to visit based on small details that show you care. A short welcome note from the owner or principal, a description of how you settle new children in during their first weeks and an explanation of how you keep parents updated during the day all help. These details cost nothing to add and make your center feel personal, not like a listing.
