Coffee shops in the Philippines live on atmosphere and word of mouth. Someone sees a photo, a friend mentions a new place or they search for "café near me" while walking around. In that moment, your website is your window. If it shows a blurry menu photo or doesn't exist at all, they go to the café that made it easy.
I'm Aldrian, an independent web developer in the Philippines. I build websites for independent cafés, specialty coffee shops, coffee roasters, milk tea shops and study cafés. A starter site begins at ₱6,000 a year, all-in, with your domain and hosting for the first year.
What café customers look for
The menu
Drinks, food and prices, readable on a phone without zooming. A real text menu also helps you show up when people search for things like "Spanish latte" or "matcha near me."
Hours and location
Opening hours, including holidays, a map, landmarks and parking. Study cafés should also mention Wi-Fi, outlets and seating.
The vibe
Real photos of your space, your bar and your best drinks. People choose cafés for how they feel.
How to order
Links to your delivery apps, a pre-order form or a message button for big orders.
Your story
Where your beans come from, who roasts them and what makes your place different. Specialty coffee drinkers care about this.
How the four-page starter fits a café
The ₱6,000 package includes up to 4 pages:
- Home: beautiful photos, a short intro, hours and a "Visit us" or "Order" button
- Menu: drinks and food with prices, organized by category
- About: your story, your beans and your team
- Visit: location, map, hours, Wi-Fi and seating notes, contact form and social links
Extra pages, such as events, catering or a beans shop page, are ₱1,500 each.

When you need more
If you want customers to order and pay directly on your website, sell beans and merch online, take table reservations or run a loyalty program, those need a custom build. I'll quote them separately. See my restaurant and bakery website and e-commerce pages.
Photos make or break a café website
A café website lives on its photos. Good news: phone photos taken in natural light are often enough. Shoot your bestsellers, your counter, your seating and a few people enjoying the space. I'll resize and compress everything so the site stays fast without losing the look.
Keeping the menu current
Menus change with seasons and new drinks. Send me updates and each one is ₱600. If you change prices every week, I can quote a simple editing setup instead.
Events, workshops and community
Many cafés host latte art workshops, cupping sessions, open mic nights or small exhibits. A simple events section, or a dedicated page for ₱1,500, gives people a reason to come back and gives search engines fresh, local content. It also helps when you want to rent out your space for private gatherings, since organizers can see the room, capacity and how to inquire.
A website for your roastery
If you roast your own beans, your website can do more than a menu. Share origins, roast profiles and brewing tips, and list the beans you sell in-store. Offices and other cafés often search online for local roasters, so a clear wholesale inquiry form can bring in steady business.
Showing up in local searches
People search for "coffee shop near me," "study café in Katipunan" or "best café in Poblacion." The basic SEO setup gives your pages clear titles and descriptions with your location, adds structured data for your café and keeps the site fast on mobile. Together with a complete Google Business Profile, it helps you show up when people are deciding where to go.
Common mistakes on café websites
A menu as a PDF or photo. Slow, hard to read and invisible to Google.
No hours. The most important detail, often missing or outdated.
Instagram as the only page. Great for discovery, but hard to find specific information.
Huge photos straight from the camera. They make the site crawl on mobile data.
No reason to visit. Tell people what makes your place special.
