Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel any time, in either of two ways:

• From your PayPal account, in your automatic payments (subscriptions) settings.
• By messaging me through the chat, and I'll cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops all future charges.

If you cancel part-way through a billing period

You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't receive money back for the days you don't use.

What happens to your data

When your paid period ends, your account, conversation history and uploaded files are permanently deleted. I do this on purpose, so nothing about you is kept after you leave. It can't be undone. If you want to keep anything, such as a guide or a message, save it before your access ends. If you subscribe again later, you'll start with a fresh account.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. This is a digital product and a personal service that starts working as soon as you subscribe, so you can try the platform and decide for yourself, and you can cancel at any time.

If something isn't working, or you think you've been charged incorrectly (for example, charged twice), please message me. I'll look into it and do my best to fix it. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law, or any protections that PayPal's own programs give you.
