Tips for getting around this site, making it easier to read, and getting help another way.
Using a keyboard
- Tab moves forward through links and buttons. Shift + Tab moves back.
- Enter opens a link or presses a button. Space presses a button or toggles a control.
- Esc closes the mobile menu, the chat window and pop-ups.
- The first Tab on any page reveals a "Skip to content" link that jumps past the menu.
- The animated preview on the home page has a Pause animation button.
Using a screen reader
- Pages use landmarks, so you can jump between navigation, main content and footer. Headings are in order, so you can move by heading.
- When a tool finishes (for example, Check a message), the result is announced. If you don't hear it, move to the results area after the form.
- Chat messages are announced as they arrive.
- Screen reader users on iPhone (VoiceOver) and Android (TalkBack) can use the same pages. Let me know if a screen doesn't read out properly.
Making text bigger or easier to read
- Zoom: press Ctrl and + (Cmd and + on Mac), or pinch on a phone. The layout adjusts up to 200% and beyond.
- Larger text only: use your browser's or phone's text size setting.
- High contrast and reduced motion: the site respects your device settings for reduced motion and forced colors.
- Reader view: guides and articles work with Reader mode in most browsers.
Voice control
Buttons and links use visible text that matches their names, so commands like "click Contact" should work in Voice Control, Voice Access and Dragon.
