1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any of my services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure a smooth workflow and clear expectations between both parties.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
- A 25% downpayment is required to initiate the project. This payment is non-refundable as it covers initial work, planning, and setup.
- The downpayment must be made via PayPal.
- The remaining 75% balance must be paid upon project completion and before the website goes live.
- The 75% balance can be paid via PayPal or Wise.
3. Project Turnaround Time
- The standard turnaround time is 14 days from the date all required materials (content, images, product details, etc.) are received.
- Delays in submitting materials will extend the completion time accordingly.
4. Scope of Work
- The service includes the development of an eCommerce website based on the selected package.
- Revisions are allowed within the agreed scope. Any major changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
5. Premium Support (Optional)
In addition to the 30 minutes of standard email support per month included in all packages, I offer Premium Support for more in-depth assistance:
- $19/month – 2 hours of support
- $40/month – 5 hours of support
Premium Support includes:
- Troubleshooting and minor website updates
- Content modifications (text/image updates)
- Plugin installation requests
- Small design adjustments
- Priority support via email
This ensures you get faster responses and ongoing maintenance to keep your website running smoothly.
6. Website Hosting, Domain, and Security
- Hosting and domain name are free with the selected package.
- Your website will be hosted on Vultr cloud servers for optimal performance and reliability.
- Security measures, including SSL encryption, daily backups, and firewall protection, are included to ensure safety.
- While strong security measures are in place to minimize the risk of hacking, I am not fully responsible for any security breaches. In the event of a security issue, I will investigate and take necessary actions to mitigate the problem.
7. Ownership and Responsibilities
- Upon full payment, you will have full ownership of the website and its content.
- You are responsible for ongoing website maintenance unless you opt for my premium support service.
- Any misuse, illegal activity, or violations of hosting terms will be the sole responsibility of the website owner.
8. Limitation of Liability
- I strive to provide high-quality, reliable services, but I am not responsible for third-party issues (e.g., plugin bugs, payment gateway errors).
- In no event shall I be liable for any lost profits, damages, or losses due to website downtime, cyberattacks, or technical failures beyond my control.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement if there is a breach of contract.
- If the client cancels the project after work has started, the 25% downpayment is non-refundable, and any additional work completed beyond that may incur extra charges.
10. Changes to Terms
- I reserve the right to update or modify these terms as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
