1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a web design package or paying a deposit on aldrianloyola.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms foster a transparent, professional relationship so I can build something great for you.

2. Services & Scope

I provide “Premium WordPress Business” and “E-Commerce” websites. Your specific deliverables are outlined in the package description on my homepage.

My “7-Day Turnaround” Guarantee:
My 7-day delivery timeline begins only after you have provided all necessary assets (text, images, and logos). Delays in providing content will pause the project timeline.

3. Payments & Deposits

I operate on a trust-based, milestone payment system:

3.1 The Deposit

A $20 USD non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your slot on my calendar. Work officially commences once this is received.

3.2 The Balance

The remaining balance ($80 for Business, $100 for E-Commerce) is due only upon completion. You pay the rest when you are 100% happy and ready to go live.

4. Hosting & Domain Terms

Your package includes a “Starter Bonus” to help you get off the ground with zero friction.

  • First 6 Months: Hosting is 100% Free.
  • First Year: Domain name (.com, .net, .org) is 100% Free.

Renewal Rates

After your free period ends, keeping your site online is simple and affordable:

  • Hosting Renewal: Flat rate of $10 / month.
  • Domain Renewal: Flat rate of $15 / year.

Note: You own your domain. You are free to migrate your site to another host at any time without penalty.

5. Revisions Policy

I want you to love your site. To keep my prices affordable and my process fast, I adhere to a structured revision cycle:

  • 3 Rounds Included: You are entitled to three (3) comprehensive rounds of revisions.
  • What is a Revision? Changes to font colors, swapping images, text edits, and layout adjustments.
  • What is NOT a Revision? Adding new pages not in the original scope, or requesting a completely new design after the initial approval.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

The Deposit: The $20 booking fee is non-refundable as it secures dedicated time in my schedule.

Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the project after significant work has been done but before the final payment, the deposit is forfeited. I reserve the right to invoice for hours worked if the scope exceeded the initial deposit value.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aldrian Loyola is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions caused by third-party hosting issues, plugin failures, or post-handover modifications made by the client.

Once the website is handed over, the Client assumes full responsibility for its content and management.
